Frequently Asked Questions
Do you stay at the event to assist guests?
Our standard packages do not include on-site staffing, but you can add on attendant service for $30/hour if you’d like help guiding guests or refilling buckets.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at 4–6 weeks in advance, especially for Signature Bloom Bars or events during peak seasons. Last-minute bookings may be possible depending on availability. We need at least 2 weeks in advance.
Can I customise every detail?
Absolutely. You can have your logo sticker on the flower holder, color scheme of your logo for flowers, and custom signage.
Do you deliver outside your local area?
We’re based in Surrey and happily travel across the Lower Mainland for events including Vancouver, Langley, Richmond, Burnaby, Delta, and Abbotsford. Just let us know where your event is located, and your event florist Surrey will make it work.
What happens on the day?
We take care of everything — from delivery and setup and removal of the flower bar. You can relax knowing it’s all in safe hands.
