I provided floral for a specular wedding in the Tea Room. First of all, Stanley Park is a wonderful place to get married with areas to have the wedding ceremony outside. The Conservatory Green offers a law seating for 80 and a garden perfect for cocktail hour. The Tea Room features windows facing the water in an building with beautiful 20th century charm.
When minimalism meets texture, magic happens. For the bride who wants movement without the mess, the combination of ranunculus, calla lilies, and cascading white Amaranthus offers a look that is both grounded and elegant.
The flower’s symbolic Meaning are listed below and how can anyone not want this bouquet?
| Symbolic Meaning | ||
| Ranunculus | Softness & Volume | “You are radiant with charm” |
| Calla Lilies | Structure & Sophistication | Purity, rebirth, and modern beauty |
| White Amaranthus | Movement & Drama | “Unfading love” |
Our bride had a beautiful sweetheart table where Petal & Bub created a table arrangement featuring roses, hydrangeas and green Amaranthus with a floor arrangement.
“We loved how the cascading white Amaranthus in the bridal bouquet was echoed at the reception. By switching to green Amaranthus for the sweetheart table, the designers at Petal & Bub brought in a fresh, lush energy that complemented the classic roses and hydrangeas perfectly.”
“While the sweetheart table made a grand statement with its cascading floor arrangement, the guest tables spoke a different language of elegance. We used a series of delicate bud vases, each holding a ‘soloist’ bloom. This minimalist approach allowed the intricate textures of the ranunculus and the clean lines of the calla lilies to truly shine against the candlelight.”
