Do you stay at the event to assist guests?
Our standard packages do not include on-site staffing, but you can add on attendant service for $20/hour if you’d like help guiding guests or refilling buckets.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at 4–6 weeks in advance, especially for Signature Bloom Bars or events during peak seasons. Last-minute bookings may be possible depending on availability. We need at least 2 weeks in advance.
What if I have more than 100 guests?
For large-scale events or weddings over 100 guests, please contact us directly for a custom quote.
Where do you offer the flower bar rental?
Yes — while our Flower Bar Surrey service is based locally, we also travel to nearby cities including Delta, Tsawassen, Coquitlam, Richmond, Burnaby, Vancouver, Abbotsford and Langley. Depending on the distance, a small travel fee may apply, but we’re happy to bring the full flower bar experience to your venue in surrounding areas.
What types of flowers are included?
We curate a selection of flower for every to include a balanced mix of:
Focal Flowers: Such as Roses, disbuds, gerberas, or seasonal favorites like Dahlias and sunflowers.
Filler Blooms: Such as Spray Roses, spray mums, chamomile or baby’s breath.
Textural Greenery: Fresh eucalyptus, ruscus or seasonal foliage to frame the bouquets.
How many flowers are included per guest?
Each guest receives a mini bouquet made of 7 stems total — a mix of focal flowers, filler, and greenery. If you would like to upgrade to include more flowers per guest, please send us an email.

Guests build their own mini bouquets by selecting stems they love — it’s interactive, fun, and makes for a beautiful take-home favor. We provide signage and a guided setup that makes the experience easy for everyone.
