Keep your flowers looking fresh and beautiful for as long as possible with these simple care steps:

  1. Trim the Stems
    Cut each stem at a 45° angle before placing the bouquet in water. This helps the flowers drink more effectively.
  2. Use Clean, Cool Water
    Fill a clean vase with cool water and refresh it every 1–2 days. Wipe the vase between water changes to prevent bacteria.
  3. Remove Lower Leaves
    Make sure no foliage sits below the waterline, as this can cause bacteria growth and shorten vase life.
  4. Keep Them Cool
    Place your arrangement away from direct sunlight, heat vents, drafts, or appliances that give off warmth.
  5. Mist Lightly (Optional)
    Soft blooms like roses and hydrangeas love a gentle mist on their petals for added hydration.
  6. Re-Trim Stems Every 2–3 Days
    This keeps the flowers drinking well and extends longevity.

We deliver to Surrey, Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, Delta, Langley, Coquitlam, and surrounding areas

We can’t guarantee exact delivery times, but you may request a preferred window and we’ll do our best to accommodate it.

Your arrangement will follow the same style, size, and colour palette as shown. Some flowers may be substituted based on season and availability, but the final bouquet will always be beautiful and on theme.

We’ll leave the flowers in a safe, shaded area or with a neighbour. If that’s not possible, the order may be returned for redelivery.

Yes, same-day delivery is available for orders placed before our cutoff time at 10am (subject to flower availability).

Deliveries are made between 10 AM and 7 PM. Exact timing can vary based on route and traffic.
